Fresh Banana Muffins 
Recipe

Ingredients
1 Package Marie Callender's All Natural Banana Muffin Mix
1 Ripe Banana
1/4 Cup Milk
3 Tbs Butter
1 Egg White

1. Mash Banana
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes
That's It! I love three step recipes. These muffins are only 100 calories each and are low fat, no trans fat! Plus the added fresh banana is not only delicious but nutritious. (Sounds like a commercial huh? Regardless, these muffins are rockin' and I LOVE them.)
PS- Find the muffin mix at your local Big Lots for $1- Makes it all even better! Such a good time.
